- Bug Fix: Category Specific Qualifiers weren't working properly. Now, enter them
in as a comma separated list on a per category basis to turn on. These
work for a specific category and possibly the children. Each category looks
backwards until it finds qualifiers in a parent ... all the way back to
the default set of qualifiers.
- Bug Fix: When you attempt to delete Qualifiers they actually delete ;)
- Bug Fix: Changed "Act Normally" in the Preferences Jackhammer (GeoIP default zone) to "Default Zone" for Clarity

accounts table. If using manual billing, this information is
automatically inserted into all financial forms, and is used in
autobilling.
- New Option to disallow people without a balance (deposit) from
adding a listing.
- Bug Fix: Delete all button on verify screen fixed.

- Added new "PPC Manager" system (phpmanager.php)
This allows you create a special affiliate type called "PPC Manager"
which works as follows:
Create an account, and an affiliate record for that account.
Make their affiliate type "PPC Manager"
Assign them to be paid via "Rev Share", and give a valid % payment.
Any bidding accounts that have this person's user id as their "Sales Rep"
will be considered to be "assigned" to this PPC Manager. This individual
can now login to the ppcmanager.php application, and will have complete
control over those assigned accounts -- they can approve listings, keywords,
view deposits, etc.
This is NOT a "moderator" type of system, but a true sales rep system,
where you're basically paying people a percentage of all deposits made
by their accounts so that they will completely manage those accounts.

output. On Search/Category results, <!-- PLUGIN:BODY --> will contain
only the non-bidded results.
- New Plugin/Option to display the paid results only from a split search:

This plugin shows the number of paid results (separately) from the free ones.
Note that it shows the same paid results on every page (if there's multiple
pages of free results), just like Google does with their right side ads.

Code 120: Checks for common browser env variables (ones that bots will likely not pass along)
(Optional) Forcing of an "Interim Click". After a link in a result is clicked, another link (Click here to continue) is drawn. This hopefully eliminates bots that will not follow that second link. The second link is what charges the account. The first one is just there to catch thieves ... if they don't click the second one, it's like the click never happened.

- Bug Fix: Recursive Category Templates working properly (right
files created, and right files found)
- Added <>, in addition to <>, as a valid replacement tag
for the "logged_in_message" and "first_time_logged_in_message"
language variables.
- New Admin Left Frame display option ("outlook" style), just for fun
- "Back" button finally works. Previously, because we needed to keep
updating the upper frame in the browser with the current location and
help link, that technically looked like a new page to the browser, which
meant you had to hit your back button twice to go back a screen. That's
been rewritten so that back works as you would expect it to now.
- Searches on the default search term are now logged as the default search
term rather than on the word originally searched
- Clicks for categories are now tagged with the category name instead
of the category ID which was used in previous versions
- Added some hardcore duplicate checking within the backfill. In all
cases, internal advertisers are kept. Thereafter, backfill only retains
the highest bid found for each unique target domain name
- Plugin Editor now handles PHP plugins properly, including syntax checking,
where permitted by the server
- Added two new "SSI" type of plugins:
Integrates the content of whatever file you specify into your template
Integrates the content of the specified url into your template
(this can be a full URL or a virtual one, allowing you to emulate
an executable SSI)
- Fixed annoying SQL Error when saving a listing where keywords needed to be
removed prior to save.
- Add URL Spider now works properly
- New Feature: Promotional Codes.
Once you have applied the new SQL patch with the new table "promotions",
you can setup any number of promotions allowing for instant balances on
signup, one-time deposit matches, etc. Promotions have limited numbers
as well as valid date ranges.

affiliates the ability to define headers and footers for cobranding.
- cobrand.php: new file which reads these headers/footers, based on
"affiliate=xxxx" being sent in as query string parameter. Reads the
"cobrand.txt" template first, then surrounds it with the affiliate's
header and footer. Put plugin tags in that template, along with any
hard coded advertising/etc.
